Available Services

Longarm Quilting Services

My current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.  I am able to quilt up to 108 inches wide (queen bedding width) on my professional machine.
I am able to do edge to edge designs, or custom quilting using computer guided processes or freehand/ruler work.

Cost for supplies (thread, needles, etc) is covered with your quilting service and not passed on to you.

If you are interested in custom quilting, I will contact you to discuss your vision and pricing, as this varies on complexity and methods used to achieve the final result

Quilt Checklist

Quilt backing must be 4" larger than the quilt top, on all four sides.
Press your quilt top and backing.
No buttons, loose ribbons, pins, etc. that may get caught on the machine.  It can ruin the quilting and your quilt, if caught.
If your quilt has applique pieces that need to be avoided by the quilting machine (for example, you do not want them quilted) this will be considered a custom quilt request and charged accordingly.

Please keep your quilt top and backing separate, do not pin them together.

About Me

I (Jordan) have been quilting for over 15 years and love the chance to express my creativity!  I treat every quilt with care and as if they are my own.  I want every customer to be happy with the quilting services given!

Quilting

Edge to Edge patterns: 2.0¢ per square inch

Custom quilting starts at 3.0¢ per square inch

Binding

$0.20 per linear inch - Machine finished

$0.10 per linear inch - Machine stitched to front only

I require 1 yard of additional fabric for binding.

Backing

Client will provide backing fabric. If you need your backing to be pieced together, there will be a $10 fee per seam.

Trimming edges

I will provide trimming of your quilt edges upon request and return excess fabric and batting to you, otherwise I will leave excess fabric and batting on the edges for you to complete.

Batting

Client can choose to provide their own preferred batting, or I can provide for an additional charge.

I typically use Quilters Dream for my personal quilts. Prices of batting will depend on project size and batting selection

Other

Minimum project fee of $40

There may be an additional $30/hr charge for any quilt tops that need additional work before loading on the longarm. This includes open seam repair, thread trimming and ironing seams. Please have your top fully finished and ready for the longarm.

At this time I do not prepare or make Tshirt quilts.
